the sword feels a bit unresponsive. it seems that not every time I click the guy swings it. you could use cooldown bars like some other games do to show which skills are available. I'm rating this 3 for good effort. my tip is to work on what makes the game fun and improve graphics for another version ;)
Suggestion: make hotkeys! 'I' for Inventory, 'H' for Heavy Attack, 'C' for Close etc. And clicking anywhere could open the chest, for us lazy people who don't like using the mouse all the time...
The original is awesome, but this remake... too small picture...
PumpkinPies: there is a Lost Vikings 2, but it sucks :(
Everyone who hasn't played the original, it can be downloaded from abandonware sites. And use http://dfendreloaded.sourceforge.net/ (freeware) since it is a really old dos game.
3/5 because it's a game that works and has potential. I like the "bullet steal" but I didn't understand when it was available. Some areas that can be improved are: pause when in menu, sound and music, reset game when starting new, make text prettier.
There is a way to get more time. It's not obvious but it's not difficult. (that shouldn't spoil it for anyone)
The blocks have different amounts of slipperyness I think; some surfaces act like ice...
Anyway, the game is incredibly frustrating. But I'll give it another try.
