heres some sggestions for things to add:

Nyan cat smiley: looks like normal smiley but has a rainbow trail coming from it.
Coin gates: Like coin doors, but the opposite. Instead off disappearing when you get enough cons, they appear when you got enough coins.
Breakable blocks: slam on them hard enough and they shatter.
Yellow key, gates and doors: We often dont have enough keys and doors. 4 is perfect.
Springpad: touch it=zoom up
Flashing blocks: Stay solid for a few seconds (user picked, like coin doors) then disappear.
Time blocks and button: Make a solid brick disappear for a few seconds, then closes. Needs button to make it disappear
1 person pass: When someone goes through, It becomes solid for everyone but that person. If that person leaves or goes through again it opens, letting anyone through.

Evil Smiley:1 costs 10 energy kill by shooting or jumping on head respawns in 5 secs
Iron Head:1 costs 15 energy kill by shooting (has iron on head) respawns in 5 secs
Robo Crab:1 costs 20 energy it will shoot at player once it sees player kill by shooting or jumping on head respawns in 10 secs
Jetpack Enemy:(Smiley on jetpack)one costs 20 energy click a area then the Jetpack enemy will go back in forth though those areas kill by jumping or shooting respawns in 10 secs
Boss Smiley:Has ajustable hp 10-1 shoot or jump on head to take away one larger enemy (takes up 4 squares) respawns in 20 secs

Equipment:
Pistol:Shoots bullet by useing certain key,reloads in 5 secs
Shotgun:Bullets spread,same key as pistol reloads in 5 secs

Blocks:
Lava:Die if landed in

Spawns:
Checkpoint:Player respawns at last checkpoint hit
there should also be zombies and a train map pack have lights off on train and put zombies in and one that gets to end gets prises like blocks guns packs smileys worlds etc.
