THAT. WAS. AWESOME!!!! I died just after I killed the last boss...soooo intense! This game is perfect. It's short, it's fun, it offers a good enough challenge without being painful, it's everything you want in a flash game! 5/5!
Upgrading is bugged to the max. I've lost several thousand trying to upgrade. It takes the money but doesn't upgrade. Also, why can't I skip upgrade levels? Why am I forced to by a $500 upgrade when I have the money for a $1000 one? Considering upgrades are NEEDED to finish this game this is unacceptable. 1/5.
Elite Forces Clones question regarding troop speed doesn't contain the correct answer. The answer is actually Genetic Lab. You've got Power Plant as the answer.
Perhaps, we are talking about different games? I checked the tutorial of this game: http://www.kongregate.com/games/Badim/elite-forces-clones/ There the Power plant is mentioned in the tutorial.
Aethos Games...you have A LOT to learn about making games. What's the point of multiple upgrade paths and choices if you can't be successful by upgrading any way you want? You've made a game with multiple options/upgrades that can only be won by following your determined linear path of option/upgrades. This game is a great example of how to do everything wrong.
Did it cost you anything to use Zach Galifianakis' likeness for the moobs guy?
Also what's up with the collision detection? Some debris you barely touch and it counts as a hit, other times you your body goes right through it and it doesn't hit.
Upgrading the kick has actually made it harder to get a perfect kick. The meter originally got to the butt and paused slightly before restarting now it randomly restarts towards at various points towards the end of the meter.
Really annoying to have an engine (or whatever it is) land right in front of you as you land a jump. I'm all for a challenge but being able to be killed through no fault of my own is rather cheap.
So how exactly do I beat the prof on the final stage of boss rush if he has a laser that lowers all the way to the ground and stays on the ground and there is nowhere I can stand without receiving damage???
Game is bugged, finished everything, checked the walkthrough just in case but still no sign of Finny at Ships Ahoy. She's still at the spot where I healed her whale.
Life would be a lot easier if the needle lag was actually fixed but as it stands it's not. And it's not even remotely accurate, you can stop it just before the yellow line in one fight and get 100% and in the next fight you'll need to stop it near the end of the red section to get 100%...
