About me

And as the finals ray of light slither beneath the land, I go, and say, "Farewell, and good night." Good Bye Everyone. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Saying goodbye doesn’t mean anything. It’s the time we spent together that matters, not how we left it. -Trey Parker and Matt Stone, South Park, Tweek Vs. Craig, 1999

Would be better if the square you need to collect was a different shade of red or different color. Also, the blue lettering on red background is garish. A bigger screen with bigger squares would be nice as well, but now that is getting more cosmetic. A good game. First try: 2015. I suck.

Ok, this game does some things right, but many wrong. The presentation certainly brings to mind being inside the computer and the 8-bit music does help set the mood. However, having that same music blaring for the 20th time you are doing Level 5 does get tiresome. Also, the gameplay is repetitive, the different bits of viral blocks do not add much variety and the random pausing and speeding up prove to be more of a nuisance than a fun and challenging event. Adding more stuff to each level would have made it more enjoyable. There is little reason given to ever replay this game after the badge is won. As it stands, it is a mediocre game, capable of many more things than it can offer right now.

Interesting concept for a game. The learning curve is only the first wave so that's a plus. However, the response of the blue ball could be made better, as sometimes my ball got stuck when I made too fast a movement. The bosses are unforgiving when you get past the fast-shooting yellow one, so luckily the badge is only for reaching wave 30. If you ever continue on this game, I suggest better movement recognition, easier bosses, and a tune-up on the graphics, as the game begins to feel stale after wave 5 in that department. It's a decent game nonetheless, offering just enough fun until you get to a boss that you can't beat.
