Thank you all for the encouragement to make Morningstar 2. I’m sorry to say there’s still no real chance of it happening… I’d really like to do it, but I can’t finance development at the moment.

Thank you for all of your hard work, RedHerringLabs. Morningstar is one of the best point and click games I’ve ever played. I would be delighted if you considered making a sequel, but I’m not putting any pressure on you. If you’re going to make a sequel or not is your decision. I look forward to see what the future brings.

I just saw that there is finally some news on http://www.redherringlabs.com/ about Morningstar 2 and Heatherdale 2. They are still on the agenda even if it sounds it will take quite some time. I don’t care if it takes 10 years(well actually I do care) I will still check back every week until they are released, just as I have done during… show moreYAY!

what software do you use to make these games?
Is there anything worth leaking on a sequel to Heatherdale? I’ve just finished the first part and want more! Not many recent adventure games stand up to the classics, but I think this one might! I can’t wait for more :)

I just finished Morningstar and I’m very impressed at how much effort you put into this game. I’m very much looking forward to Morningstar 2. I’ve played some of Nick Toldy, and I loved that as well. After I’ve gotten some rest, I’ll be checking out your other games here on Kong. Thanks so much for all your hard work!
there is a bug with the game nick tolody. when i try to give the guy the trophy it wont work

They’re working on a sequel of Morningstar2. They announced it on his site!

Toldi Miklós! Először fel se tűnt, csak amikor a megszámlálhatatlanul sok belső utalásból rájöttem, hogy itt magyar játékról van szó. Szerintem el se tudnám mondani az összeset amiket találtam… de zseniális a játék, kiváló hangulattal! Szép munka! :)
Just got done with Nick Toldy and quite enjoyed it. I noticed a small bug when you examine the singing or amplified parrot, the text comes back as “undefined.” I think my diligence should be rewarded with some drain cake.
Morningstar = BEST GAME I’VE EVER PLAYED SO FAR
