March 8th, 2021 EDIT: I tried SuperNova. The badge wasn’t awarded. All the BOTD of the week are completing the games. The Kongpanion for this week is Puff Catty, which is the 2nd of all time. Meaning the cycle restarted last week. I got Kongbot on March 21st, 2016 with that “pick a kongpanion” limited time thing. I didn’t have it shiny until last week with badges I had already gotten and didn’t have to download SuperNova. Today I mark the day, after 5 years, 9 months, and 1 day of using this site. 5 years, 8 months, and 8 days of trying to get all kongpanions and their shiny versions. I missed a few shinnies here and there. But I did 97%. I even would say I got 95% of all BOTD since June 30th, 2015. With 1117 Badges, Level 56. I am done. This site and the Badges of the Day, and the kongpanions is something I did since I was 14, having just finished Middle School. Now I’m in my 2nd year of College. Kongregate was a big part of my teenage life. I cared so much about having internet every day for this and nothing else. I remember not wanting to go to some vacation locations because there was no internet, and I even walked to McDonald’s every day for a while when my apartment didn’t have any internet. Now this era is over. Thank you Kongregate for all the memories and the thousands of hours and hundreds of games you let me play. It was wonderful. Thank you, and goodbye
