Just tried the game again with beetles, and the queen level is just impossible with beetles because the queen is as fast as the beetles so you can't capture more bases than the queen and you can't slow the queen down enough to save your troops from other colony AND use troops to capture new bases.

Also; in this game towers are pretty useless.

Pretty good, roaches kicked arse imo, as they were fast and capable of doing some decent damage. Ants could get the spawns fast, but didn't stand a chance against roaches and beetles. And Beetles were too slow to get the spawns so were always behind in unit count. The queen wasn't really hard... just slow because I accidentally let her regenerate health a couple of times xD
