About me
1.) I go through phases with games. I will play a game obsessively for awhile, then completely drop it and go to another one. Lather, rinse, repeat.
2.) I talk too much, and I’m a bit strange and random.
3.) I’m kinda a smart ass.
4.) I’ve made some interesting friends on here. They’re pretty awesome…weird, but awesome.
5.) I have a habit for “singing” in chat. Apologies in advance. Just be grateful that you can’t actually hear me. =P

Firstly, and my favorite, is the butterfly stretch.
Sit with the bottoms of your feet together, with your elbows resting on your knees, and your hands resting on your feet.
Gradually lower your upper body towards your feet as slowly as you wish.
You can also stretch out your hip-to-leg muscle tie ins by pushing your knees down (slowly) in this stretch.

Next is a cobra stretch
Lay on your stomach, with your hands somewhat close, but not right beside your chest (palms on the floor)
While keeping your hips on the floor, Slowly extend your arms, almost in a push-up position, to raise your upper body up until you feel the stretch.
Don’t go beyond your own comfortability, and don’t do this stretch fast. It should be slow, but steady. Repeat as many times as you wish

Morning stretch
Lay on the floor, and make a “tent” with your knees – like how you see most people doing sit-ups.
Place your hands out to your side, (palms down) so they’re in the shape of a T with your upper body.
While keeping your knees together, try and slowly roll them from side-to-side and try and touch the floor with them. You shouldn’t be able to make it all the way down unless you’re quite flexible, but the movement’s very beneficial for your lower lumbar and hip flexibility, which is important for heavy lifting which involves a lot of squatting.
Don’t have a picture for that one, I’m sorry.
Try these and let me know if they’ll work for you – if not, I’ll make you up a new list. If you need anymore stretches, let me know!

Oh hai. There’s just a little more than an hour left for the year where I live so I’m just going to make this mass message. It’s not that I don’t love you or don’t think you’re special. I’m just feeling lazy right now.

I would like to wish you a safe and happy 2012. I hope you have a great year even though we’re all going to die. And thank you for being awesome this year.

The large male panther and the female tigress are sitting together, cuddled up under a down comforter, sipping coco from Christmas’y mugs and taking it easy on the couch that faces a huge picture window looking out into the snowy night. The view is a street of Victorian homes flanked by large yards and ornate wrought iron fences. Snowmen and snowforts dot the yards, proof that the children have had the run of the place by day. Huge, sprawling trees spring from the snowy curbsides, branches covered by the still falling snow. It’s a beautiful sight, the old houses done up tastefully with a few strands of multicolored lights – only a few winking here and there. Everything is touched by snow – mailboxes, roofs, windowsills and branches – all of it having that unique pastel blue-purple hue and looking like piles of diamond dust sparkling in the dim light cast by the few remaining windows lit with a warm, golden glow. There’s a tranquility in it – the snow muffling any noises, so the night stays pretty and quiet. One or another of the old Christmas music standards plays somewhere in the background while their Christmas tree does it’s best to not be gaudy nearby. The pair both smile at you warmly. “We want to wish you and yours our very best wishes this holiday season. Merry Christmas, and have a Happy New Year,” – New and Kitten – 2011. show less
Hey SirenSong! Merry Christmas Eve!!! Aren’t you proud to have received this spam message!
Alright look, Im gonna get straight to the point. I believe in Jesus, and I believe he was the son of God. You may find my belief silly, but lets please not nitpick about such things tonight.

Alright look, Im gonna get straight to the point. I believe in Jesus, and I believe he was the son of God. You may find my belief silly, but lets please not nitpick about such things tonight.
Now, I read something in Matthew 18 that caught my eye. It states as follows:
18 Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.
20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
Basically what it says, is that if we come in together in agreement over something, then God himself takes notice. In fact, it says we have the power to change the world. Now, what if on Christmas day, we united together as believers and prayed for the world? What if we prayed for forgiveness, and thanksgiving? What if we prayed simply to acknowledge God? Well, my belief is (be it silly or not) that we WOULD change the world.
Lets show God that humanity isn’t all bad. Please, on Christmas day, lets unite for God’s sake. Have a great Christmas =] show less
