Don't like Friday and I think it's hilariously bad but no need to make a game of a 13 year old getting flung out of a car
As far as launch games go I liked this one but I think the subject is pretty bad, and something that capitalizes on a trend like this is something I wouldn't expect out of Komix. 7/10
Game is pretty fun, after you realize that the heavy cannon is not useless. Because it gains 3 damage per level up, the main cannon is your best friend. I suggest a combo of Heavy Cannon + 3 damage buffers, or Heavy Cannon+Dual Machine(for shooting behind you)+2 damage buffers.
Always want 2 damage buffers.
Well, damn. By Jounins point of view, every platformer in the world except Mario is a bad game because Mario is the most popular. STFU dude, this tower defense games are a genre, and this game is completely different. Don't compare this game to Desktop Tower Defense, this game is a game of it's own. If you don't like it, cool, but don't hate it because it's the same genre as DtD. In my eyes, anyone who is comparing this game to DtD in anyway is just being an ass. If you want to see a real rip off of DtD, go play this game. http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/382321
It's an exact copy, right down to the tower prices.
I get stuck all the time because I can't move the tiles on the ring around the way I want to. Take this possibility. You have all the slots filled but one slot, and you have no possible way to arrange the pieces so a piece would fit in the empty slot. There is a symbol slice, and you want to move the symbols in the slice around, but you can't, because you only have 2 of the symbols that use the slice in the whole ring -_-. So it's impossible for me to move on.
I'm working on pause functionality and adding a mute button right now.
And I didn't make this game in light of Aegis Wing, I made it in light of Gradius XD. I hadn't even played Aegis Wing when this game came out. Aegis is awesome though.
