It surrounds the target within a sphere of magic. Sometimes it refuses to work properly. It won’t work when he is badly hurt or exhausted. He can form the ground to shoot walls to the sky. He can’t do it through pavement or the like. He can make a rope or chain form in his hands. Sometimes the chain might be clicked to his arm as a mishap. He knows how to let fire loose from the palms of his hands. He also can use it to do a mild hovering. He may try to use Imprison on himself as a defensive move. He carries a pistol with bullets that resist magic. They resist but are not immune. He has developed a variety of collar he can throw that works like a boomerang. Homing collars! And sleeping gas. Ten of them. Humanoid physique, agile, and can bypass a 3200-digit encryption in under a minute. Can use any weapon a human can. Durable, made from carbon fiber on a durasteel skeleton. Got Freeze, and ice bolt. Extra speed and invisibility.
