i like it when other players complain about other players, it becomes total BS. I like to know why they must advertise here on Kong, I also see Bigpoint and Jagex advertising here also.

I absolutely disagree. Snail just wants your money. The reason they have no Customer Service is because they were wasting money on it. No Customer Service=More money for Snail.
