It would also help that if I accidentally move down a pixel, and back up, the laser picks up where it lefts off (I.E. if it takes 5 seconds to destroy an enemy/cut through a rock, and I accidentally move down after three seconds, it should only take two seconds when I re-calibrate myself, not five.).
One very annoying thing (especially in level before boss): If you're hit mid-jump, you can't jump again until you land. I got hit fairly high up on the level I mentioned, and got knocked back/down a really long way before I landed on the next platform on the left side.
First time playing: Make it through entire first screen with no encounters. Halfway through second screen, encounter MushMuncher. Do 0 damage every hit, die. Well, that sucked.
