I love the gameplay and design of this game, but it feels really incomplete. I finished the two story missions and maxed out my ship with maybe a quarter of the systems explored. With no goals to reach for it just didn't seem that there was much point in playing further. I'd also like to see a more strategic element to the combat, maybe adding in power management to discourage indiscriminate firing. I'll also agree that there could be some more variety, both in the mission types and in the enemies faced.
Very ambitious for a Flash game, and mostly very well done. Is a little buggy still though. Would also be nice to see some differentiation in weapons/armor available between the cities. It's great to see all the thought that went into offering descriptions and such, but there's no real difference between any of them except for commodity prices. Would also be nice if there were ways to improve the stats of your base character via XP.
