I think the main problem is the scope. It’s an apocalyptic world, doesn’t leave much room for control or purpose, since the players can be literally anywhere ans the chance of them meeting up or connecting in any way is rather slim, constraining them is a challenge and saving the entire world is a bit difficult to perform or even define.

Actually, that said, it’s not just the world, it’s the characters too. Especially Dominic, who is an immortal supermagic god-thing. I’ve been rereading AC, and it’s interesting to see him reluctant to kill your army of supermutants as “that would be too close to godmoding” and similar things.

Yes, I only found out now, I never looked at your profile. For three years or so, I thought your name was Egyptian or something. Sounds ridiculous, I know.

Also, I’d love to learn, I’ve wanted to learn a new language for a while. I took a Japanese course at college a couple of years ago, but I’ve forgotten most of it, since I never use what little I learned. And Polish might be easier anyway, since at least it uses a similar alphabet.

Well, it’d help if you knew a bit of German beforehand… Polish is like German, but with different, Slavic words and the grammar is even more complicated. Still, I’ll see what I can do.
