Hi I’m UndecidedFate, user number 3,771,831. I’m a Kiwi who lives in Aussieland. I love video games, alcohol, rugby, alcohol, cricket, computers, cooking, music and alcohol. Did I mention alcohol? There’s probably more, but I can’t remember because I’m too ~~drunk~~ forgetful.

A recipe for chickpea and tomato curry
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons turmeric
2 teaspoons ginger
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon cumin
800gms canned chickpeas, drained
800gms canned diced tomatoes, undrained
2 medium onions, diced
half a bulb of garlic, diced

Directions:
In a large enough pot with hot oil, stir the onions and garlic over medium heat until softened. Add the turmeric, ginger, salt, chilli, coriander and cumin and cook for 1 minute. Add the chickpeas and tomatoes and simmer on low heat for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with rice and chapati/roti.

Creamy mushroom and garlic pasta sauce
Ingredients:
400gm can of champignon mushrooms
1/2 an onion, diced
1 bulb of garlic, diced
6 rashers of bacon, cut into small pieces
3/4 cup of thickened cream
50gms of vintage cheese

Heat up the garlic, then add onions. Once the onions are softened, add the bacon. Once the bacon is cooked, add the champignons and cheese. Once the cheese melts, add the cream and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Serve with pasta and garlic bread.
