Personality: He seems quite dark when you first see him, but he truly isn’t. He hides his past well. His anger is best shown in a fight, which he doesn’t get in often. He likes to bottle up his emotions untill he finds some where to release it safely.

History
Backstory: Cidian grew up in LA. His house was rather poor, though his parents made good money. He lived with his sister Cindy, father Fhero, and mother Jill. When the war originally happened, his parents doubted anything would happen to LA. They thought that it was just a hoax, and nothing more. That was, until the bombs dropped. One fell several miles away from Cidians home. The radiation managed to envelope his house, mutating whatever was in it, including him and cindy. His parents were at jobs when this happened, and were both killed. I can’t say Cidian was too sad.
After the bomb fell, Cidian woke to a sudden heat flash. His whole body begun to shift and move. Somewhere along the way, he noticed his skin getting darker in pigment. Before long, he passed out. He awoke to half the house destroyed, and his sister also darker in pigment. He could see her once violet eyes pure white. After that, he set out for refuge.
His sister lives in a populated area still in LA, where more people like them live. Cidian and Cindy actually have a sort of telepathic relationship. Because of the mutations, they are almost literally separable. If one dies, the power shifts from the dead one’s body to the live one, creating a massive explosion of energy. The energy would pass ever so slowly until it got to the live one, obliterating their body.
