The retro genre irritates me – there are some examples that go with that aesthetic, but still manage to release a good product. In terms of larger games, just because a developer creates a larger game, doesn’t mean that it’s an excuse to make it flawed. I base my opinion on the game as a whole, not in comparison to other games.
