Hey, it’s TAO. If you want to learn how to make Flash Games, try stopping in Game Development Room (type it in Kong’s search bar). You should get some (but not alot) of help from there.

I know the basics of programming (If statements etc.) in fact, I programmed a game using flash. I just need to learn the symbols and other tricks with programming.

I progammed a game using scratch* >_>, I’ll give it a go, the biggest problem for me is forking over the cash for Adobe though.

Well you got part of it right, evony was released after this. True, But it is not where it came from, it was a rip off of “Civ.” If it wasn’t obvious enough when it used to be called “Civony” It is still fairly obvious as game play.
