Why post it if you don't want anyone to play it? Why even put it up here if you're going to say "don't play"? This is very confusing. I did not, in fact, play it, because you said not to. I just wondered why even post it if you're going to say it's unfinished and not to play it.
I love this game but I cannot, for the life of me, figure it out. I shall leave it for another time, when I'm less frustrated (because I'm bad at puzzles) but this gets a 5/5 from me because of the idea and the execution. That's one lucky girlfriend!
Okay this was addictive fun once I got the hang of it. I only wish the partner weren't so slow, but otherwise I love the upgrade system and the different arenas. I can't say I ever expected to *really* like a game that's about sucking up sand, but you have surprised me, chen johannes! Good show.
Right on young person! This is an adorable little game and I really hope to see some more efforts from you. The monk guy graphic is cute and I liked the "make a friend" goal. Truly worthy. High five dude, and keep it up!
Good start! Maybe add some more question modes and some other answers. Maybe even some silly/absurd ones. Looking forward to seeing more! Keep up the game-making!
This is a really neat idea. I agree that text might be useful for some players, perhaps an option to display text? I could see this easily being expanded to include multiple actors and some background imagery. I love how you've done this. The twists in the story and the scary atmosphere worked well. It's a little rough but nice work. Very creative, and I'll have to keep an eye out for your future works.
They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Nice work on this homage. Lots of people do a remix/remake of something which has inspired them. The entirety of the art world is built on this. I'm not much of a platform player but this amused me for a few minutes, which is what I think it was supposed to do. Hope to see something from you in the future and hell, maybe you'll inspire someone else to do something as an homage to you one of these days. :)
I hear some sweet guitar music but the game screen is grey and doesn't load. I've reloaded, hard reloaded, and waited. I'd like to play, so will check again tomorrow. From some of the other comments I'm intrigued.
This is a lovely game. I've made it only about halfway through and threw in the towel on the little tones puzzle. Aside from that I enjoyed it. A bit of a pixel hunt but I was making progress and proud of myself. I liked the sort of free-form clicking and exploring, and I loved the way the knife could be used. Looking forward to more games, keep it up. The Vitruvian Man made me smile (I love that guy!).
I really would like to like this game, but it doesn't make any sense to me. I have yet to figure out how to get a "static black screen" and I don't see this effect someone else spoke about that the ball gets bigger or that anything happens when I just stay still. Good work on the look of the game and all but, perhaps for the first time, I really *really* don't get it.
I'm not sure what the story in it was, but i liked the concept of moving the scene around with the arrow keys and figuring out how to do things. For 36 hours, not bad. Love to see some longer stuff.
I liked all the clickable areas. It made it more interesting to be able to search in a lot of places and not be sure something usable was there. This was a cool puzzle. Wish it had sound. Thanks a lot, this was a neat little diversion!
This game was great fun! Good job on it. Some of the puzzles were difficult (I'm looking at YOU, robot lights) but I managed to get through it. Looking forward to the next installment. You managed to put together something humorous and fun and challenging, rock on!
I like this idea but I had a hard time clicking the pieces. Perhaps dragging them would work? 3/5, The idea is bangin and I like the whole setup but it was frustrating having to click the jewels twice sometimes to get them to select and then click another one to switch them.
