ok, if you maxed the shrooms, you get a range of shiny from 144 to none, so maybe idling isnt all that bad. however, it would take 8 times for 4th worker. spawn rate is 2,3, or 4 per day. so, it would take 6 days per each round, TAKING 14 DAYS, and ONLY if you are lucky to score all 8 shiny, which is 20% chance per each, if you get all 3 shiny mushrooms, taking 41 DAYS!!!, 50% chance of shiny, so I GIVE UP!!! TAKES ABOUT 6 MONTHS!!!, and do not get me started about the 5th...
