Just to echo most sentiment. This is a genuinely engaging, deep, and interesting game- however the mobile ftp business model set to a browser based game just does not work. I get it- everyone should be paid for their work. There is a difference between putting in some microtransactions and breaking the entire flow of gameplay to ask for money or to wait for extended periods of time after just about every action. 5 star game if you could sit and play for any period of time. 2 star game as it sits. and thats a generous 2 star since the concept and world is so well put together.
The highlight of the game for me was killing general toaster. the only complaint i have is the speed options make it a bit too twitchy once you upgrade it a couple of times. outside of that one little nitpicky thing it was a tremendous game.
fulfill quest requirements. game does not recognize. now stuck. these are the bugs that need fixing. Would also like to see a max-buy button. or multiples of 5 or something. Its a cool foundation. 5/5 when fixed. 2/5 with current bugs.
its interesting. i just wish you could move your character! it's infurating to watch a super slow bullet come and kill you when it would be easily avoided. also i would like to be able to get the coins the enemies i kill leave behind. I find there is always a bunch left that my character has not been able to walk to before he dies and its just a kill with no reward. why not maybe have a coin magnet, click or touch with cursor for collect option? 3/5 as it stands for music/ graphics.. loses 2 for lack of controls and lost coin. all that does is make this game a needless grind.
I really really like this. The only downside here is health upgrades are negated by bosses that do more damage than your health upgrades are worth. I basically have the same level of health now (halfway through hard mode after completing easy mode ) as i did when i started. been stuck for a few days trying to get the right combo of upgrades. But when im dead in 4 hits no matter how much i upgrade, its a little frustrating and it feels like a grind where i can never make progress.
i really really like this game. a couple of things though:
1) when the trophies end it gets a little too grindey to get all the upgrades (which i really want to get, lol)
2) when you kill the bombers they should hurt the enemies if they blow up outside of the trench (just sayin')
outside of those 2 minor gripes, this game is just a blast. i love bringing the peace.
i really dig this. but some of the achievements are an unnecessary grind- like the 30 ships or 100 upgrades ones- i have to actually sell down my ships and reupgrade in order to complete it. thats just wasting my time with a chore and not a game.
i really want to love this game. it feels like less than a race with the cars. the cars are obstacles seemingly designed to only ruin your lap times. i wish there was a race ranking system (1st, 2nd, etc...) rather than an unlimited supply of respawning competitors. my other issue is that the top car doesnt feel like the top car. i love turbonukes work, but this one felt a little short for me.
