Well, as you probably know, most children don’t discover the internet until they are in their teenage or adolescent years, so there aren’t many game sites out there geared towards smaller children. The only one that even remotely comes to mind is addictinggames.com. I also don’t think there is another site on the internet that lets users freely upload their games at any time of their choosing, they usually have to be submitted and only good ones go through, or something to that effect. (To my knowledge). Although there are still many younger children on the internet, so it’s not a "lost cause " by any means. XD

But, in summary, I’d say that addictinggames.com would be your best bet, but I have no idea how to go about getting your game uploaded there.
