Lastly, as for starting weapons go, always go for the ninja shurikun, when you press the "Z" button, if you are facing the enemy's general direction, you will hit them. Regardless of if they are above/below you, or if there is an obstacle. Plus, using the entire shurikun set is a guranteed 1 kill.
Hope I helped!
After those, what you get next is purely your choice. However, I would not go for levels with ranged weapons, here's why, the AI has impeccable aim, and will kill you no problem multiple times with a ranged weapon. However, if you use it on them (After the 5th or so kill) they will immediately go into shield before you can hit them. Making them useless.
Because melee weapons seem to be the best choice, I suggest the Town Tussle level for the Baseball bat, which has a great knockback, useful for getting them in the hole.
Those are the ones I had, but if you want more, you can mix and match them, like the Scaffold Shuffle for the hammer, the only problem is the ranged weapon ruins it.
This trick is great, because it makes sure some of the more annoying weapons don't show up. For example... The mine.
If you are going for the hard here's the trick. Erase your save file (Back it up if you want). Then ONLY play these levels, as the levels you do give you the weapons that spawn. Mansion Melee, this gives you the vampire teeth, which give you health. This will save you from losing a live, because you can go from virtually zero health to 100 in 3 bits in succession. Next do Farmageddon, this gives you the pitchfork, here's the trick. Press the X button ONCE next to an enemy, this will pick them up and they will be stuck. Go over to the hole and drop them. 3 kills with no effort every time that power up comes up. Next one to play is grave situation, this is because of the chainsaw. The chainsaw is amazing in the fact that you can get a kill with an entire thing just by revving it up and running into them.

-Improved camera in starting area
My first thought... Useless update. Then I did Lugalid's jump up at laser and fall down trick. Oh... That's why they updated the camera to scroll down. Best update ever.

I just spent 120 WB on bronze packs (I joined elite) because of ElGeneral. Bad idea, I did not get any good cards, I would not suggest it. More cards do not equal better decks.
Here's a tip for the doomsurf hard. It's the easiest hard I have ever gotten. First time I doom surfed for a minute and a half, before dieing. Second time? I set a timer...
Look up one online, or find one in your kitchen!
Woah, $4 for a pack of (virtual cards)? You could buy a pack of (real) Yu-Gu-Oh or Magic: The Gathering.
As someone who was a huge Magic fan back in the day, I stopped playing because the expense was too high. So I love to play card games on Kongregate. However, paying more for a pack of virtual cards then a pack of real cards is ridiculous. I'd have no problem spending $1, or maybe even $2. But for $4 a pack it's ridiculous.
CONTINUATION OF PREVIOUS COMMENT.
So why is this rated so high? Terrible graphics, puke-inducing sound, gameplay worse then watching paint dry (At least the paint doesn't turn wet again after you wait for it to dry), and graphics that were developed by a ten year old in MS paint, oh wait, the guy at the menu screen is actually really good. That must be why the rating is so high...
Shittygame, low budget, two pixel characters, boxes consist of a couple lines, the whole thing is meant to frustrate you, even samfukinfisher could assassinate guards if need be. Nope, lets make this game as hard assfukin possible. In fact, without being able to assassinate guards the game consists of waiting 10 minutes for a good opportunity to go in, just to have a 50% chance of it working, and a 50% chance of a guard turning around at complete random and killing you making you wait another 10 minutes. The impossible badge makes this worse, you have to restart hundreds of time to get lucky. Where is the skill? All this game is, is one big waiting game, then dieing, then waiting again, BULLSHET! The music has only two beats *Doo* *duh* *Doo* *duh* it blows, I'd rather listen to a wounded animal screech. The sounds of feet moving are equally dull.
CONTINUED IN NEXT COMMENT DUE TO BEING TOO LONG.
Just got the hard, its mostly luck based. I tried about 25 times and couldn't get past 4, nothing was working, i'd get impassable roads, cops would ram me into everything possible. On the 26th try, I actually get to the end, but here's the strange thing. I knew you needed 8 miles, so I tried to kill myself, it took me two miles to do it, even with one sliver of health, because the caps banged me AROUND the obstacles. Probably not the best game for badges, they should be more about skill, less about redoing it 30 times until you get lucky.
I always got upset when I picked the "right" door. That was in late 2010. 6 months later I FINALLY realised you can go back through the door you came through if you picked the right door... D'oh!
