the best way to do it is get a spec ocps with good rifle and morale give him a nd sand wall a bar and ranger training, then he'll soon trun into a really good soilder with around 110 rife

try copying what you're opponent does you still lose. A bit cheap but easy to win if you know what to do, here's a tip with more seats you need more employees always have some for money for more when buying stuff that gets you seats.
