To those with comments about possible errors in how the resource rates are working, the numbers are rounded. Gold is actually 0.005/Sec/Smelter, but it displays as 0.01/Sec/Smelter. In the options menu at the top right, you can turn on "Use high precision numbers for resource values" to see the actual values of resource rates.
I really like this game. I did find that the ability magnify doesn't seem to increase the DPS bonus of storm rider, (like how energize works on the dark ritual in clicker heroes). Is this a bug or intentional?
I'm not happy. I was having fun with this game until I came across a green ogre with regeneration powers. After a while, I realized I could not win with his regen powers as my archers were out and he was only open to attack on two sides. I thought, "can I retreat and cut losses?" Game said "Nope! You lose everything if you quit. So I did. Now I have to wait 20 min to buy a boat and an army. I get a boat, and now I have to wait 10 more min for another boat. NOT HAPPY. This game has potential though. If it simply had some respawning enemies to farm, it would be better in my book. 2.5/5
A few times I've encountered a monster named Kappa. He's a turtle with what I assume is one of the developers' faces in grey scale. Last time that I encountered him, I got distracted getting a screenshot and ran out of time in combat. He wasn't there when I went back to the same zone.
Dear devs, Thank you for updating the game. Your continued efforts to make the game better are appriciated. That being said, I tend to agree with others that I preffer the old GUI to the new. I know that as a developer, it hurts to see your hard work rejected, but I do appreciate your continued efforts. Thank you for continuing to work on your game.
So far so fun. I like it, although I think it could be better if things like springs added to your current upward momentum instead of setting your upward momentum to a specific number. Right now, if I land on the ground from 1,500 feet, I'll bounce to about 600 feet. If I land on a spring from the same height, I would only bounce to 100 feet. I'm suggesting that the spring would bounce you to 600 +100 feet for a total of 700 feet bounce, or something like that.
Thanks momoguru! I came back a month later, and all the problems I commented on earlier are fixed! Now I can fully enjoy the game again! Thanks for such a great game and thanks for continuing to make it better!
@fatcat37676 You can buy drones at later systems. Specifically, there is the "Autogun drone", "Heavy drone", "Mining drone", and "Support drone". You need a ship that can launch drones, displayed in the ship statistics as "drones: #". You also need cargo space. Once you have drones, you can launch them by clicking the icon of the drone which appears above your active components in the interface. Drones can only fly for so long though, I don't know how long. I usually call them back every thirty seconds to be safe. You can call them back by clicking the bar next to the drone icon in the interface, which displays the drones you have out and the max drones you can have out.
Hope that helps!
I want to start by saying I really like this game. 5/5. I am having an issue with the save system though. Twice, when I loaded a game, all I got was a background screen with nothing in the solar system. My ship didn't show either. The first time I assumed it was incompatability with a previous version. Second was saved yesterday. When I pressed C, which opened the cargo bay, it said my ship was a Battleship, which I never bought in that save. Also, pressing 'reset pirates' caused the game to freeze. Now, when I try to start a new game, I keep getting the load game screen. Please fix this because I really like this game.
