okay wtf whenever I put actionscript in a shout it glitches and the script comes out wrong, maybe its the symbols you use in actionscript that don’t register in a shout

that script should make it so the character changes direction when you press an arrow key. That was as2 script not as3,
anyway do you have a working skill/level rpg system that keeps your level when you go to a different frame? im not sure how you could make a skill/level system with actionscript.

Im using as2 for my games, what do you mean by educational version but no class, anyway, I could show you the facemouse script and making a face arrow key system would be pretty easy. All you need to do is have 4 frames inside the character mc with the character facing up, down, left and right on each of the frames. Put the stop(); script on each of the character mc frames so it doesn’t loop then as well as putting the arrow key movement script on the character mc put this script on it as well:
