Water left alone in a jar will not boil, however it will still evaporate. Not as drastic as in SandTest, but still. Ever wodered why clothes dry in air obviousely colder than the boiling temperature? Or why the surface level in a cup of tea lowers over time (over some days)?

Yeah, I also thought it was funny, you can build nice things like a big sea which will fill up a small sea over time via steamand stuff like that.
