Good game. Could've made the slow-down mechanic work even if it wasn't at 100%, and if you used it all up, then you'd have to wait for it to reach 100% to to able to use. Managed to survive roughly 30 seconds without slow-down, and that run had a LOT of mines.
Best things to have to start Survival Mode:
-Lots of energy (reactors & storage), at least 15 speeds.
-All 5 emitters capped by a bunch of blasters and mortars.
-A HUGE fleet of drones.
-Quick thinking in case something goes wrong.
This game is seriously creepy, but I actually kinda enjoy it. Has that Pokemon Mystery Dungeon gimmick implemented. You know, randomly generated floors. Anyways, I'm actually listening to Youtuber Markiplier's videos of his SCP Containment Breach playthrough. It adds to this game's atmosphere.
I like this game. It's hard, kind of Bug Panic on Maniac Mode kinda hard, and that's only the "Normal" difficulty in that game. Another thing is that once you get used to the game, it gets a bit easier. Also, love the limited attack ammo. Forces you to use other weaponry.
Finally... An online version of Creeper World 3. A mere sample of the real thing... That is what this is. ...Anyway, I actually have the full game. Pretty good, minus how hard the next to last level on that is.
Good game. Complaint, though, is that the levels with that thing that chases you can be too hard sometimes, especially the very last level. Can't really put the ending into my own words, and besides. That'd spoil it.
The one issue is that if you're lucky enough, no stars will spawn around you that you chase you down for a few seconds STRAIGHT. My best is 69 seconds. Wanna accept that challenge while being chased by at least one star once they start spawning AND while using laptop track pad?
Here's a little strategy for breaking other people's records for longest mission time: drones (lots of them) can break ANY large wall of creeper with one bomb. Try to put a little more delay between when they return to the base and when you launch them again. This will create a good defense without costing too much energy. I've seen someone last for 97 minutes with 2 drone bases. Who can go for longer with the same number of drones?
For those wondering how to get the "Bullet Hell" medal (in-game), on Bonus 4 (Oblivion), you'll need to die on the last bullet pattern. I've died against that boss on that pattern, with about one millimeter of health on the bar.
@Torisunanohokori: Indeed. The 1-pixel hitbox saves you from a LOT of rage. I just finished the second hard badge, and that 1-pixel hitbox made it happen. I swear, you need a lot of skill to do that final boss without getting hit or using bombs.
I see why you added the "Reset Upgrade Points" feature. Once you get to the Insane levels, you'll need to move your upgrade points to fit the level's need. First few clicks on those levels will be needed to break through the polygons' health.
