There’s labels in the game directing you. See patients and go to the book icon to diagnose them to earn money. After getting a couple right, you’ll be allowed to examine patients as well if you click on them.

heck yea, inuyasha was one of my fav. anime’s. Right now I’m watching the eps. of Linebarrel of Iron. It’s a really good anime and it could be found at crunchyroll.com . I watch all my anime there, its a really cool place.
