In hectic times, having the "being caught dealing" popup hinders with open deals. Whatever choice you pick, the "fade out" is in the way of being able to click on a deal waiting to be accepted. Even if for a slight moment it is too much and during a chaotic amount of trade going going on, every unnecessary hindrance is too much. This GUI look-and-feel "feature" is in the way of gameplay, please fix it.

here goes the dungeon keeper genre down the drain. thanks a lot nightowlgames for abusing the customer and wasting your time thinking you've made a good game. thanks a lot kongregate for pushing promotions of absusive money grubbing facebook games into our face, I didn't know I wanted these games but since you're so confident this is what I want I guess I have no choice but to leave this misbegotten market place for pieces of crap

This game is so obviously pay to win yet the developer(s) seem to want to believe themselves that their game isn't. That's the biggest issue when it comes to developers making pay-to-win games: the developer being blind for their own game-design choices.

Not being able to save during freeplay rounds is a rediculous restriction, no argument for that could hold grounds against the fact that it is a baseless contrivance. I could even push it and say that it is in favor for more "sales of premium content" but I'll not go there this time. It's a restriction on something that works fine in and of itself, and it provides nothing positive for the user, nothing practical and nothing on the abstract level either. Please remove this useless restriction. Save games are a core part of gaming, messing with that shows you are not thinking well about what you are tinkering with, something that has been fine for years in gaming history.

are there any flash programmers out there that know how to create a VOLUME BAR where I can choose something in between OFF and FULLY ON?! Jezus christ such basic stuff and all the flash programmers nowadays want MONEY MONEY MONEY for their PREMIUM CONTENT when the game itself doesn't even provide BASIC FEATURES!!!

why on earth are popups from the gui unclickable when the game is on pause? Having the GUI pause when game speed is set to 0 is ridiculous and bad programming

played up everything up untill lvl 5, had about 5 or 6 battles won them all, gave my hero 3 skills, build all "cheap" buildings, making some units upgrading my swordsman and now i have to wait because the game doesnt want to let me play more until I pay them, annoying me with : have arbitrary amount of patience and you can play for free even though everybody else can just rush through the game if they throw money at the makers. Bad business decisions in another flash game screwing up the gameplay with bad monetary based pacing, shamelessly copied from the asian mmo-payment model for "free to play" games unbalanced as hell, where you can pay for power. I don't want to pay for power I want either to pay for a full game and/or pay for luxury, I don't want to pay because you keep poking me for money you money grubbing developers/publishers/whatever. Learn to treat your customers with dignity for once because this is bad.

Another game company that makes a game of which all the presented game-mechanics are presented with NUMBERS. "Hey lets make all those numbers times 10 because then it looks awesome" just reads right off of it because the random dice for example between 0 and 20 only seems to roll 0, 10 and 20 and nothing in between. Flawed implementation and presentation just shows immediately how much they actually "care" about the quality of their game versus just making plain money off of it.

character creation screen: selecting through hairstyles TAKES FOREVER T_T (if you made colours seperate, that would have saved a lot of trouble)
