You can, there’s a couple of ways how.
First is by buying K+, which you probably won’t be into :P
The second is installing a Chrome script called “Stylebot”, which allows you to edit the colour scheme of any site.
You’ll be the only one who can see your edited colour scheme, but it can still make it look nice for you, or easier on the eyes.

Nothing I can do about that.
There’s three things you can do, though:
1. Try a bit harder to follow the rules, you’ll be banned less often.
2. Find a different forum, if you don’t like how this one’s moderated.
3. Depending on why you’re being banned, make him aware of the fact that you’re not underage. It might even be that he thinks you’re underage that he’s banning you.
