nick1972uk	Apr. 13, 2008 Hi! Thanks for the comment. I came 8th in the month so I guess that’s not bad! The stars are purely a bonus – when you gather a star it stays at the top for a while (about 30 seconds). If you get another star the timer is reset, so you can accumulate more and more stars (up to 20 I think). When the timer runs out they are collected and your star bonus is calculated exponentially on the number of stars. So one star earns you 50 points, 2 stars 150, 3 stars 300 and so on…
