Difficulty would increase with the types of shapes which would change the type of movement. It could also utilize the puzzle floor idea from Bloxorz to limit the freedom of movement. I would have it the same type of 3D environment with 2 dimensional type of movement and have pieces auto step on top of other pieces to allow building 3D shapes. The puzzles would obviously be created by starting with the final shape, breaking it up into the individual pieces and then moving them out to there starting locations. This would also allow you to easily implement the puzzle floor concept to raise the difficulty. I don’t have any programming ability to be able to do this stuff but you clearly do and might be able to use the design layout from your game to get a big head start. Let me know what you think, obviously this would be a very time consuming task. Great work on Torvi Cube.
