I did some changes to the login script a few days ago to solve some other issues, perhapse these changes broke something else, could you give it another try and give me some details on where you get stuck and what happens before and/or after you get stuck/cant login.
could you also check if you can you login as guest.

Your settings and keys are stored in flash cookies on your computer, and are usually account specific.

One possible reason for your lost keys might be that you have disabled storage in your flash player and all progress will be lost once you reload the game. a simple right click (ctrl click on mac, i think) in the game will let you show your flash player settings.

Another possible reason is that you use some kind of privacy plugin or software that delete your cookies and thus deleting your keys; you could try to disable them and see if that solves your problem.

All unlockable items are stored in cookies since kongregate doesn’t provide any way to save game data (like mochi does) . Items bought with kreds are however stored on their server and will therefore not be lost when cookies are cleared. Cookies are computer specific while kreds items are account bound so on a different computer you will still have your kreds item but none of your settings or unlocked items

It’s going to be a part of the 2.5 update, i am still waiting on mochimedia to release their achievement system, its hopefully going to be released during February so you will have to wait some more, sorry.
