Am I the only one who does not understand why the hell ranged units keep walking towards enemies even when they already are within shooting range? Is it just so they can get killed faster? Give a + if you are bothered too, maybe the programmer will do something.
One of the nicest games on Kong! 5/5 for sure.
Oh, and a suggestion: is there any way to add keyboard shortcuts to the game?It would surely help out, specially on later levels where you need to upgrade LOTS os units between waves.
MUST... GET... MORE... PERFECTS...
Oh yeah, and almost every song sucks. I don't mean to downgrade the effort for making this game, but those are just not my kind of music...
Amusing game. The only problem I found while playing is the rather extreme screen bounce when enemies die. It can get annoying in latter levels, where you need to shoot energy ball after energy ball, but can't click onto your base because the screen is shaking so much.
YES! Finally did the impossible badge adter getting a 3:30!
A tip: try to be picky about the random levels you play. Levels with too many pieces, too many 0s or 1s or too many fixed pieces are a definite no. 6s and 5s are good, and so are puzzles with a lot of locked spaces where you can't put pieces in.
One of the greatest game among the last few that got uploaded. I love it even with the whole repetitive gameplay and the fact that I have to change equipment every 20 seconds. :P
Overall I liked it, but it needs more detailed instructions. I only understood what the game was about after playing it once, and that can probably keep some less-persistent players away from your game.
In spite of the amount of luck involved I found the game incredibly addicting! Do the noir and druggy power ups add for something besides entertainment value?
I love how this game looks so simple in a first glance, yet it is so deep and involves so much strategy. Not to mention it is pretty hard to resist to "only one more try to break my last highscore". :P
I expected it to be much more responsive because of the description. The camera is sloppy and I agree with drhack, it sucks to have to memorize the levels.
Even it being easy, unbalanced and not too diversified, I loved it. Maybe because it's such a great original idea. Some more power ups and more diversified gameplay could make a hit sequel! :P
