Brilliant dialogue. Gets really hard well before the player has actually got used to the mechanics... but I guess that's fitting for a retro remake. I was surprised obstacles were not just a question of technical performance but often also didn't have an obvious way to complete it. Nice job.
Good twist with some potential, unfortunately the failure to incorporate any of the many gameplay orientated innovations arkanoid has seen results in a very dull game. Play some modern clones to see how lacking the game is in certain areas, from paddle and ball physics to creative powerups. Could also use some modification to punish overly conservative gameplay racking up the multipliers.
I'd have to agree this is way to derivative of OBB to go without giving that game credit. Because the types of challenges in this have transparently been pretty much lifted wholesale.
boss can be killing in half a dozen clicks quite easily every time. go right up to boss first, clicking after the 4th stone (should take ~1/3rd life), go all the way to the other end for the next four, click twice a few second apart to stay near the end while you wait for the next four rocks, keep moving forwards while they drop, go up to him and click 2 more times from a short range to finish.
meh just another shitty club the penguin with with an upgrade system tacked on to appeal to the subteens... but what am I saying, this time you fire to the left, GENREBREAKING99999/5!!!!
