Hello.
I am Bchandark, and I am a fledgling Flash developer. I have numerous applications made in Flash, but as none are games, they have not been uploaded into Kongregate.
That being said, I would like to remake your game, Mouse 101. I would include more mouse-testing games, and improve the graphics.
The terms of the agreement (negotiable)
I, Party A will get all rights to remake the Mouse 101 game, and anything similar. Party A will have the right to upload the game onto any game hosting sites, such as Kongregate.
You, Party B will relinquish all holds to the Mouse 101 game. Party B will agree not to sue and waive all legal rights to prosecute for duplication. Party B may keep the original Mouse 101 game on Kongregate and any other game hosting site.
End of Agreement.

This agreement is negotiable, and I would be glad to collaborate with you on this subject. I would greatly appreciate being able to reproduce the game.

Thank You all, Finally got around to deciding to fix the game. Note the changes that have been made to the game in the "Updates" section. If you find any other errors please let me know. Planning to release a newer version without any cheating involved. 9/5/09 Pratnag

From a developed myself, to make your first game I wouldn't suggest working out everyhting the same, especially the graphics you should have used your own creativity to create your own. Also use their coding as your own, not change some variables but simply more enemies (create your own) or make some different coding for the ship. Also try not to post these "copies" on the same site. Good Work, for following directions (I hope), and just be persistant. When I started it took me a while to develop my own ideas. Suggestions: Take tutorials on Action Script, Get used to the interface, learn to use collabartive ideas. Talk to me if needed.
