We create our worlds by where we choose to point our eyes. Humans consider normal what they routinely see and hear. Why allow cruelty and dishonesty to become normal to you? Vote a better you with your eyes. (insert bass here)

Observe the Situation Comedy. The show may feature relate-able characters, but literally all those people ever do is insult each other and formulate elaborate plots to cover up simple mistakes. If I watch, I must choose: Do I laugh and become that kind of monster, or frown at the jokes I am paying to watch?

Conformity is an impossible goal. If one emphasizes and chooses only behavior one thinks is normal, that behavior will become exaggerated and distorted. Also, being critical of specific viewpoints surely dictates a certain opposing perspective.

I find it much more productive to focus on what I love and enjoy, and try to choose those things. This really annoys some people.
