A great sequel continues to sooth TD gamers cravings, but forcing me to create twitter accounts and whatnot, to get the Ironstar badge is really(wait for it)shitty...
On a side note.
I have no trouble having a few heroes that can be unlocked trough credits, but we should at least get to experience a special character at the end or something, and they should ALL be availble once you buy the full game on your mobile application, or let us select a special one of choice.
Anyway, a great second installment that keeps faithful to its predecessor, and a promising beginning to an epic series.
Had the potential to be something great, but became modest if not less, Id give the music 5/5 but the game quickly becomes to repetitive as there isn't enough to do besides, doesn't really feel like a gangster game when the easiest way to complete it is by just buying your way to an ending, id like the crime families to refuse selling sometimes and war with you so that there is a point in buying thomsons for 25 million, maybe partner up with other families to take out an enemy, events like, strikes at the docks, more management options etc.
Dosen´t allow much freedom, If I wanned to get a gun from a shady fellah in the park and go for a heist on the citybank with my superfast car, I should be able to, work different jobs, hassle people on the street, sell dope, yeah essential things for a game like this, screw this Ill go play GTA
4. there will be skeleton squads coming from the right, but also BEES, they are "natural" and attack the skeletons, usually they win, they are also quick on destroying balistas but the archers should take em out, you can move one infantary, pikes, swordmen etc or the speedy cavalary up to protect the ranged units at times.
5. Once you get to 400 something, there will be a MASSIVE army, BUT also a lotts bees from the right, move your remaining units UP LEFT corner, and collect coins from bee atack.
To help with survival badge, perhaps there are better ways but maybe youll get some ideas out of this.
1. Mixed units, upgrade armor on the "tank" infatary and cavalary along with some damage
2. Catapult with max damage and at least one (I used one) archer squad with ok damage.
1. COLLECT THE COINS
2. move the infantary and cavalary down to the left corner where most of the spawns will come at the start
3. move catapults and archers behind them but a bit further up
Really neat game with lovely graphics, but something feels missing, I have troops with different tactical advantages and I have the goal of eliminating the enemy, what i feel is, the gameplay dosent allow me to use the tactical aspects rather than upgrading to max and going into battle with infantary backed up by ranged support untill enemy is dead. Like everyone else said "PAUSE function with command abilities" but ALSO, BIGGER MAPS with more different spawnpoints for enemies would enhance the gameplay.
Just days ago this was actually playable for me on my shit pc, and I thought, "hey I like this game", should have more free stuff /fame stuff, but I felt i could spend a little credits on something anyway, just to show appreciation. what do i get ? a massive lag update that totally destroys the fun. and like that, your not getting a single credit. enjoy...
wait a minute, so while Papa slave droved poor young boys and girls in the kitchen, forcing them to build the restaurant out of own pockets, he was actually stacking up resources to train a master smith donkey! It all comes together now
Buy monkey money? hmm, this sounds like monkey business right here, and it sure as shit aint spearing on the bananas!. greedy kong is greedy, (kinda funny how it refers to donkey kong) or should i say DON kong!
annoying ghosts possessing rocks and whatnot, rly ?, speaking of, someone seems to have had "their share" of them making this(rocks that is) id id be surprised if they weren't 7 gram ones either, /this message was approved by Charlie sheen
Unpolished diamond, like others said, needs hints, and possibility to continue, the knowledge upgrade should also come earlier rather than in the end of the game. would be nice if you could expand your farm aswell, buy land, maybe locations to grow other stuff/herd different animals. maybe some random occurrences like storms (lighting striked your poor son while harvesting crops *bam*), a pack of wolves that come to eat your sheep etc. Hoping on an update but also a sequel :)
