Doom is open source and is legal to port to another platform. Even then, using its level data is explicitly illegal. Yes those ports are illegal. Monopoly is owned by Parker Brothers. Since you're not them and this is not licensed, yes this is indeed not legal.

Good game, quite easy though. I've got some speed issues, probably because of a video driver. Clicking on a unit - it takes forever for the upgrade menu to appear if there are a lot of units. I can't see the stats of a tower and I can't see the stats of an upgrade unless I have money. I REALLY hate games where there are slide or fade effects. Those can give very bad speed issues.
