There's one easy way to make this entire game better: Make it so that people who spawn cannot fire their weapons until their invulnerability wears off. Alien - 14 is impossible because invincible enemies keep spawning on top of me.
There's a deceptive deepness to this game. Once you Once I got a hang for the rules, it was a kind of trudge to get to floor 40. But then BAM, I flew through the rest of the floors on the back of a rare Ruby Sword, and so on. Overall, a great game.
Fun game, with a lot of keep track of quickly. Two things to change in the future: When my silver was low, I had the option to either wait it out or sell a ship. Waiting it out was a terrible, terrible idea, but I had to wait until they asked me again before I could sell a ship. It would be nice if I could sell my own ships at any time, without waiting for a prompt. ------ Also, the pause menu should have a "quit to main menu" button, so I don't have to refresh the page or wait till I lose to start again. 4/5 overall, good game!
A few things to improve upon: 1 -- there doesn't seem to be much of a point for the crown on your head. 2. The bottoms of the platforms are black, making them impossible to see. 3. I've gotten stuck on the side of platforms. 4. Their's a type -- you spelled "again" wrong when the player loses. 5. You should have a way to compare scores with other users.
There needs to be a lot more instructions. I tried clicking around for a minute before reading the description of the game -- I personally believe that the description should be just that, and not include important information needed to play the game.
You wouldn't need to say that a green plus gives you a score bonus if you had a "x2" icon in the corner. Nothing happens when you grab it and it's unintuitive to have scroll down and memorize what is what when a simple visual clue can make doing so much easier.
One more thing: my first score modifier upgrade moved the counter from "1" to "1." I'm not sure if it's a display issue or if the modifier didn't actually move, but it's something to fix.
Fun game, though!
