Couple minutes of searching got me this: http://www.soundboard.com/sb/Left_4_Dead_sounds.aspx . You can download all the Boomer sounds in one .wav file. Audacity or some program like that may be able to get what you want from the 1:50 clip.

Just so it doesn’t look like we’re derailing the topic, hope you don’t mind I move it to shouts. Looks like every file the game uses is a WAVE file. Boomer’s got about 5 various vomit sounds, as well, in the first game.
