iVisa The capital city of Latvian is Riga. It is a large historical city with a lot of historical monuments. Some of them include St. Nicholas’ Church and Cathedral and museums such as the National Museum. The Latvian language is Latvian and lots of tourists find learning the Latvian language to be a fun part of the trip.
