Hex empire rocks. Most games quickly bore me, even risk which this is similar too, but I keep coming back. I think you should consider the concept of the game GO, where taking all the liberties (free spaces) equals conquered tiles. You could incorporate that with the addition method already used in HE and create a quality strategy game. Great game … show moreHex empire rocks. am a huge fan of Hex Empire, and I cant wait for the new one! :D.
I feel I need to say one thing though. I played Hex Empire recently, and decided to play on hard mode for a bigger challenge.
And the hard mode was hard, but for one key reason: The AI all go just for you.
In the entire game I didnt once see the different factions attack each other… show moream a huge fan of Hex Empire, and I cant wait for the new one! :D.
I feel I need to say one thing though. I played Hex Empire recently, and decided to play on hard mode for a bigger challenge.
And the hard mode was hard, but for one key reason: The AI all go just for you.
In the entire game I didnt once see the different factions attack each other’s armies once. They all focused on trying to take my capital, almost working together.
While it did make the game harder for a while, eventually it led to the factions trapping their own armies by each other, with each side refusing to attack each other to get out. This made conquering them very easy.
My point is, when you make Hex Empire 3, just be sure that the hard mode doesnt mean that the enemies all just go for you.
It kinda loses the good random feel of the game when that happens.
Just my opinion :). Id rate Hex Empire as one of my favourite online games, and I look forward to seeing the new one when its released :).
(I may even contribute if I can get the money ;D). show less

Oh thank goodness the Hex Empire isn’t stolen. I remember playing it ages ago and I’m so glad to have it on Kong now.
Hey, hex empire is awesome. Its so simple yet fun. I think that all it really needs for hex empire 3 is a level editor (can select ground/water and place cities, ports, and capitols), and a multiplayer option (like someone at the same computer).
