Mein Beitrag zum Game Boy Jam 3, ein Demake eines meiner älteren, unfertigen Spiele Steam Rogue. Das Original kannst du hier spielen: http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/598918. Spiele als der dampfbetriebene Gentleman-Diebsroboter Otto Von Steamingberg und jage nach Schätzen in einer verrückten Fabrik, aber behalte deine Dampfanzeige im Auge!
Spielanleitung
Steuerung:. Pfeil hoch / W zum Springen. Pfeil runter oder S zum Starten und Stoppen der Bewegung. M zum Stummschalten/Wiedereinschalten der Musik. R zum Neustart des aktuellen Raums. Esc, um zur Stufenauswahl zurückzukehren. Erreiche eine Schatztruhe, um das Level abzuschließen, und triff auf Dampflecks, um deine Dampfanzeige wieder aufzufüllen.

I found that using the directional up button to jump with s button to activate steam worked best for me. I liked the music and retro look of the game. I felt like the character could have been more details because I still have trouble making out what the heck it's supposed to be. The Planters peanut mascot?

While I really like the look and feel of this, it just seems...I dunno, kinda empty? A little too simplistic. If I had a game that looked like this on Gameboy, I'd be expecting it to play a little more like Ducktales, with levels and bosses. And I can't get used to the whole start/stop thing. I was only able to make it to stage 15 before I got frustrated and gave up. Even despite all this, I give you a 4/5 for the Gameboy tribute.

I humbly suggest a "hold button to release steam, release to stop" mechanic instead of the "switch on/off" mechanic.
