Octo Curse ist ein 2D-Action-Platformer auf einer tropischen Insel. Du spielst einen kleinen Oktopus und musst deine Freunde und dich selbst vor einem bösen Fluch retten!

the main (only?) challenge is accepting that your octopus dies when he falls into water. except for that one level where he can go under water but has no clue how to swim.

on the third screen I cant jump high enough no matter how long I hold down the jump button

You should be able to use both right and left arrow keys instead of just the right arrow key. In fact it could of been set up to use just the arrow keys. Left right to move and up to jump/enter doors and E or whatever for attack. The way it is set up right now it can be tricky/hard to use the move buttons at the same time trying to hit the attack with the same hand. Also what do the hats do? Do they add some type of skills like jump higher double jump or are they just there as something to waste the coins on?
Hey myuhinny, thank you for your feedback. I agree with you about the controls with arrows keys, we'll fix that in the next update. And for the hats, they are purely cosmetical, no effect on gameplay.

incredibly impressive for a first game. The game is a bit laggy on browser though, so it might be good releasing it on steam or some other game launcher.
