A point and click SHOULDN'T require opening the walkthrough to solve the game. 4 times you hid things in the wall with NO indication you needed to click on these places. The last puzzle to acquire the bullet needed an indicator of where the word should have started because if you follow the logic of your games (and I've played almost half of them now) you would start at the top and read the letters top to bottom left to right except that isn't what you did in this case. Definitely 1/5.
