I think the core is great, but for it to be worth spending time playing I'd like to see systems like upgrades and powerups, a few things to add depth to the game.
Agreed, we are working right now on an upgrade and will be adding it soon. It should be pretty cool.

Thanks for adding free mode and fixing the timer! Maybe some power-ups in the next version might be interesting. Looking forward to seeing your other games.
Thanks for the support and the suggestions! Due to the feedback we have gotten we will have new game elements coming out, leading up to our releasing NecroBalls2. Next addition should be done next week.

I liked the graphics, although it seems the timer still runs while you are waiting for the next set to drop down. Maybe an unlimited mode or slow the timer down for each match would be nice.
Added unlimited mode, increased the speed of matching as well.
