Very good concept, although it does get a bit tedious at the end of each year with the resource screens. If I may offer my humble opinion, put each of the different resources on its own single screen, with a manual next button so you dont have to wait?

oh, now i get it, thanks to the tutorial: i need to use a school to train special workers to work in the mill and forge! that's what i missed!

bug or am i missing something? the lumber mill and steel forge aren't doing ANYTHING! i've got plenty of wood but NO lumber, plenty of ore but NO steel...what the heck?!
