No, YOU read the terms you so obviously ignored that said you were uploading your own work. And Dash, there are two problems with your comment: he obviously didn't get permission, or he wouldn't 'thank me later, haha,' and he wouldn't legally be able to upload stolen work even if the actual maker had shrugged and said sure.
